Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the exfoliation between the materials in a flyback transformer for television reciever, by providing a coil bobbin with small expansion coefficient at the innermost periphery and an outer case with large expansion coefficient at the outermost periphery with respect to expansion coefficient of a filling material for insulation. CONSTITUTION:A low-voltage coil 2 is wound around a split bobbin 4 for the low- voltage coil having a hollow central portion 12 into which an iron core 13 is inserted. A high-voltage coil 1 is concentrically wound around a split bobbin 3 for the high-voltage coil with a space B being provided, at the outside of the low-voltage coil 2. Both bobbins 3 and 4 are fixed by a plate 7. Both coils 1 and 2 are enclosed in the outer case 6. An insulating filling material 5 such as epoxy resin and the like is filled in a space C, and molding is formed. The raw materials are so selected that individual expansion coefficients of the bobbin 4, the insulating filling material 5, and the outer case 6 become larger in the order described above.
