Abstract

PURPOSE: To efficiently perform radiation of an IC element without utilizing an equipment such as a blower and others.
CONSTITUTION: The upper surface of an IC element 3 of dual in-line package type makes a resilient contact with the lower end face of a Z-shaped spring plate 5 having the top end fixed to the lower surface of a cover 1a on a metalic casing 1. The top end face of the spring plate 5 is fixed by a screw 6 and nut 7 to the lower surface of the cover 1a. The insulator having a good heat transfer such as silicon grease is interposed between the IC element 3 and spring plate 5. According to this constitution, because the heat of the IC element 3 can be radiated through the spring plate having a good radiating property, it is possible to omit a process for cooling by a blower and others the metallic casing wherein the IC element is sealably accommodated.
