Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform the reactive injection forming with excellent workability by a method wherein a cartridge is filled up with a high-viscosity gredient containing a filler and is put in the cylinder of a piston pump, wherefrom the ingredients being pushed out into a mixing area, in the case when many kinds of ingredients are formed by a reactive injection method. CONSTITUTION:In the case when many kinds of ingredients are formed by a reactive injection method, the 1st and the 2nd ingredients, being circulated constantly through the channels between a mixing injector 1 and the respective containers to maintain the viscosity and others at a fixed level, are introduced from induction pipes 3 and 6 into the mixing injector 1 only when the injection is conducted. On the other hand, the 3rd high-viscosity ingredient 19 containing a filler is filled in a cartridge 18, which is put in a cylinder 16. At the time of mixing, the 3rd ingredient 19, under the pressure from a piston 15, is introduced from an induction pipe 9 into the mixing injector and mixed with the 1st and the 2nd ingredients. The mixture thus produced is poured through a runner 13 into the space inside a forming mold 12 and completes there the reactive injection forming.
