Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform the injection forming with excellent workability by a method wherein the ingredient containing a filler is reduced to a fluidizable solid and the solid is sent into the mixing area by an extruder, where it is mixed with other ingredients, in the case when many kinds of ingredients are formed by the reactive injection process. CONSTITUTION:In the case when many kinds of ingredients are formed by a reactive injection process, the 1st and the 2nd ingredients of low viscosity are introduced from induction pipes 3 and 6 into a mixing injector 1 only when the injection is performed, while being circulated constantly through the channels between the mixing injector and the respective containers therefore to maintain the viscosity and others at a fixed level. On the other hand, the 3rd ingredient 18 containing a filler is reduced to a clay-like, gel-like fluidifiable solid. At the time of mixing, it is pressurised by a piston 15 and intorduced from an induction pipe 9 into the mixing injector 1, where being mixed with the 1st and the 2nd ingredients. Then, the mixture thus produced is poured through a runner 13 into the space inside a forming mold 12 and completes there the reactive injection forming, thus the formed product of synthetic resin is obtained.
