Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain homogeneous formed resin with excellent workability by a method wherein, after the ingredients of low viscosity being mixed, the mixture is further mixed with the ingredients of high viscosity containing a filler, in the case when the reactive injection forming is applied to many kinds of ingredients. CONSTITUTION:In the case when a reactive injection forming method is applied to many kinds of ingredients, the 1st and 2nd ingredients of low viscosity are circulated through the channels between respective containers 1 and 5 and a mixing injector 3 when the injection is not performed, while they are sent into the mixing chamber 12 of the mixing injector 3 only when the injection being performed, so as to prevent the ingredients of liquid from being solidified, to check the compositional separation of liquid and the like and to maintain the temperature, viscosity, etc. at a fixed level. On the other hand, the 3rd ingredient containing a filler, not circulated to avoid the wall of apparatus being worn away, is introduced from a container 6 into a runner 14 connecting the mixing chamber 12 with a forming mold 13 by a piston pump 7 and mixed there with the mixture of the 1st and the 2nd ingredients, then the reactive forming is applied in the forming mold 13.
