Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a homogeneous injection-forming product by a method wherein the mixture produced at the time of starting of the injection when the mixing ratio is liable to be uneven is introduced into a branch provided in a runner member, while being checked to enter a forming mold, in the case where the reactive injection forming method is applied to many kinds of ingredients. CONSTITUTION:The device for forming many kinds of ingredients by a reactive injection method is constituted by a mixing injector 7, a forming mold 1, a runner 2 and others. In the runner 2 of the device is provided at least one blocked branch runner 4. At the time of mixing, the 1st and the 2nd ingredients circulated through the channels between the mixing injector 7 and the respective containers to maintain the viscosity and others at a fixed level are introduced into the mixing chamber in the mixing injector 7 from induction pipes 8 and 9, while the 3rd high-viscosity ingredient containing a filler being introduced into the same chamber from an induction pipe 10.
