Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable to carry out an automatic production of a motor armature and reduce the manufacturing cost by a method wherein two parallel conductor groups are produced on two sheets of flexible substrate plate utilizing lithographic technique and are laminated so that one substrate plate is put upon another plate turning upside down, thereafter are wound together in cylindrical shape to form an armature.
CONSTITUTION: A copper thin plate is laminated on a surface of flexible printed substrate plate and a fine conductor group 3 having "<" shape is formed on it utilizing lithographic technique. After two printed substrate plates are cut in proper shape and one plate is put upon another turning upside down, the projections 4 of conductor group are welded one another to form a wire. Finally the substrate is wound in cylindrical shape to form an armature. A flexible printed substrate plate having two thin copper plates laminated on both surface may be used at first. By this way, as the winding operation becomes unnecessary, the manufacturing process of armature 5 can easily be automated.
