Abstract
PURPOSE:To produce a moving coil device of light weight and large allowable input by winding a coil on a winding frame composed of beryllium, titanium or other formed by vacuum evaporation and held on the outside circumference of a base material then removing the abovementioned base material. CONSTITUTION:A winding frame 12 of about 40mu in thickness is formed by vacuum-evaporating pure beryllium on a base material 11 which is formed of a material of fast etching rate by acids, e.g., pure copper, and has been finished to a specified size, and further an insulation layer 13 by plastics, etc. of about several mu thickness is formed thereon. Following to this, a coil 14 is wound on the insulation layer 13 and acid-resistant wax 15 is deposited on the outside circumference thereof to protect the coil 14, after which the entire part is dipped in a strong acid like nitric acid to etch away the base material 11. Next, the wax 15 is dissolved away by a solvent or heat, whereby the moving coil in which the coil 14 has been wound to the beryllium winding frame 12 by way of the insulation layer 13 is obtained.
