Abstract

PURPOSE: To produce the thin-walled fluororesin member easily by a method wherein a fluororesin film is formed on the outside perpheral surface of a core member formed of a soluble material and then the core member is removed by dissolving.
CONSTITUTION: A fluororesin material such as polytetrafluoroethylene or the like is coated on the outside peripheral surface of the core member 1 formed of the soluble material such as iron, copper, aluminum or the like, and is baked to produce the film 2. Then, the assembly thus obtained is immersed into an acid or alkaline solution to remove the core member 1 by dissolution. Accordingly, the fluororesin member having a thickness of about 50μ is obtained.
