CONSTITUTION:The stator coil, on which a conductor pattern was spirally formed, is fixed on insulating sheets 14-14'' at both positions opposing to the magnetic pole of the rotor magnet 3 on a stator yoke 2, and a printed substrate 20 is fixed on the surface of a fixing yoke 2 in such a manner that magnetic field detecting elements 18-18'' will be inserted in the small hole of the stator yoke 2.
