Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase detection precision of magnetic polar position by using one piece of printed coil attached to stator iron core for position detection and speed detection. CONSTITUTION:Half-coils 11 are arranged in parallel at equal interval on the both sides of insulated disk 10 using printed circuit technology. The corresponding both ends of these half-coils are sequentially connected to electrically complete multiple- polar wave-wound coil. After the above procedure, lead wires 12-14 are pulled out from places distant by 2pi/phase number in terms of electric angle each other to form stator coils 4,5. At least two pieces of stator coils 4,5 made in this way are attached to a clearance surface of stator iron core 3 and is positioned opposed to a rotor 6 having a permanent magnet 8. A signal corresponding to the magnetic polar position of the rotor 6 is caused to be generated on one piece of stator coils 4,5 and to excite the remaining stator coil. Under this constitution, it is possible to increase detection precision without specially providing any magnetic polar detection device.
