Abstract
PURPOSE:To make disposal of terminal to be unnecessitated and to enhance productivity of a printed multilayer coil by a method wherein plural printed coils are formed continuously on a film type insulating sheet, and the insulating sheet is bent as the coil parts are to be piled up to form a multilayer coil. CONSTITUTION:The prescribed number of coil patterns are formed being connected continuously with connecting patterns 7, 8 on the flexible insulating base film 1 to form a printed coil sheet 10. The printed coil sheet 10 thereof is bent at the middle parts between respective coil patterns as the coil patterns are to be piled up to form the multilaye coil. Accordingly disposal of terminal wiring between respective coil patterns is unnecessitated, and process of manufacture is simplified.
