Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a durable tube by a method wherein the neck of a piece having a bottom and a barrel is mounted with a blow metal die, the bottom section being depressed in a flat for forming a sheet section after ductilely formed in a slender bottle shape, and the remaining section being cut off. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin piece 1 having a bottom and a barrel formed by an injection molding is heated to the temperature allowing to have a ductility effectiveness, with the condition thereof the neck 2 of the piece 1 is positioned to the neck support 14 of the blow metal die 13. Further, an expansion rod 15 is inserted into the piece 1, the rod 15 being forwarded permitting the barrel 3 of the piece 1 to expand to the axial direction, the compressed fluid being applied to the barrel 3 allowing the barrel 3 to expand to the radial direction, and obtaining the primary molding 4 having a slender bottle shape. Next, said molding 4 is parted from the metal die 13, a proper location of the bottom section of the barrel 6 of the preformed article 4 being heat treated, the seal section 10 being formed by depressing in a flat, and the remaining 11 under the seal 10 being cut off for obtaining the tube container 7.
