Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the multiplexer circuit reduced for the number of elements, by using the multiemitter transistors. CONSTITUTION:Input signal is fed to the base 1 of a plurality of transistors Tr31- 33 taking the collector common, and the collectors of Tr34-36 are connected to the emitters of Tr31-33, and control signal is fed to the basers 2 of Tr34-36. Further, each emitter of Tr31-33 is connected to each emitter of Tr37 having the multiemitter construction. The reference voltage is fed to the base 3 of Tr37 and the load resistor 15 is connected to the collector to form the output of the multiplexer circuit. Further, the common emittes of Tr34-36 are connected to the constant current source 14.
