CONSTITUTION:The collector of the thrid transistor (TR) T3 is connected to the emitter common connection point of the first and the second TRs T1 and T2 of a differential pair, and emitters of the fourth and fifth TRs T4 and T5 are connected commonly to the TR T3, and collectors of TRs T4 and T5 are connected to connection points between collectors of TRs T1 and T2 and load resistances R1 and R2 respectively. The collector of the sixth TR T6 for constant current supply is connected to the emitter common connection point of TRs T3-T5, and a control voltage Vc is applied across the base of the TR T3 and bases of TRs T4 and T5, and a gain controlled differential output Vout is taken out from between collectors of TRs T1 and T2.
