Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable transfer printing which will not change color or bleed by laminating a resin film layer non-dyeing to dyes and a non-bleeding resin layer on the surface of synthetic leather, etc., and heat transfer printing using a transfer printing sheet.
CONSTITUTION: On the surface of synthetic leather, synthetic rubber, etc., (A) a non-dyeing resin film which will not or hardly be dyed by heat-transferring dyes is formed and on the layer, (B) a dyeing resin film which is sensitive to heat transferring dyes and will not cause bleeding phenomena is formed. Next, (C) making a transfer printing sheet printed in inks including heat transferring dyes come into close contact with the film and heating them, the dyes are transferred and infiltrated into the dye-sensitive resin film, then peeling off the transfer printing sheet, transfer printing is finished. Here, for (A), acrylamide group resins, etc., are used and for (B), polyester resins, etc., are used. And for the dyes of (C), cationic dyes, etc., are used.
