Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a subject sheet, for use with label and the like, by a method wherein an exfoliation sheet, printing is conducted thereon, a printing pattern and letter are formed on the protection film, and is excellent in washing durability, and can prevent fading of a printing film.
CONSTITUTION: On the surface of, for example, the exfoliation sheet 1 (suitably soft and durable paper, synthetic resin sheet having a heat resistance), a protection film 2 is formed by the use of clear natural and synthetic resin. A pattern and color are printed thereon to form a printing film 3, a transferring adhesive agent layer 4 (suitably a synthetic resin adhesive agent whose main component is thermosetting resin) is further formed thereon, and inverted letters, which letters are turned over to form, are printed thereon to obtain a desired thermal transfer sheet.
EFFECT: Different from printing in which a printing pattern is printed on an exfoliation sheet, it eliminates the need for heating of a printing material, such as pigment, in a printing process, and thereby the productivity can be improved easily.
USE: A subject sheet is used with labels for quality indication for clothes.
