Abstract
PURPOSE: To shorten a length of the time from a starting of the gas turbine to that of the steam turbine, by providing a bypass pipe line for conducting a high temperature-state air of the compressor driven by the gas turbine in the combined-cycle plant to the steam turbine.
CONSTITUTION: A steam turbine 14 is connected through a header 12 to units (a)W(c) where a gas turbine 2, an air compressor 3 and a generator 4 are provided and an exhaust gas from the turbine 2 causes a boiler 7 to generate a steam. In the above arrangement, a bleed air from the compressor 3 is guided to the steam turbine 14 through a connecting valve 16, a control valve 17 and a desuperheater 18. To the desuperheater 18, a cooling water is guided from a pipe line branched from the downstream at a feed-water pump 9, and a control valve 19 is interposed in said pipe line. Said control valve 19 is controlled opening and closing by a regulator 22 for processing an operation and regulation of signals from detectors 20, 21 that detect temperatures of the steam turbine 14 and the pipe line.
