Abstract
PURPOSE: To simplify the structure of a governor as well as control fuel according to the rotational frequency by comparing rotational frequencies of an engine between a command and a detected value electrically for controlling the speed-governing member of the engine for correction by that processed value.
CONSTITUTION: AC current corresponding to a rotational frequency is generated by a magnetic steel 7 of a flywheel 6 and a generating coil 8. This current is converted into an electric signal by a detected rotation signal generating circuit 2 consisting of a both-wave rectifying circuit 9, a wave-form rectifying circuit 10, a single stabilizing circuit 11, and a frequency-voltage converting circuit 12. The output signal thereof is prcessed in a decision circuit 3 together with the output signal from a set rotation signal generating circuit 1. Subsequently, the resultant output signal is transmitted to an actuator 5 through an amplifying circuit 4, and operates speed- governing member 18 such as a throttle valve or the like provided in a suction passage 22 for correcting the opening according to variations of the rotational frequency of an engine.
