Abstract

PURPOSE: To operate the unit with a simple push-button operation and to improve the workability and reliability by providing automatic valves to the outlets and inlets of the piping system for internal gas.
CONSTITUTION: Valves of the piping system are made the automatic valves 17∼ 21, the meter 22 is added to the system to measure the pressure in the machine and to control the automatic valves 17∼21 together with the scavenging purity meter 16. The valves 17, 20 are closed and the ones 18, 19 are opened by pressing the push- button for replacing air by hydrogen gas. By this, carbonic acid gas is fed to the inside of machine, passes through the pipes 4, 13 and air is discharged to the outside. At this time, the automatic valve 21 is throttled to measure the purity of gas that passes through the scavenging pipe, part of gas flows into the scavenging purity meter. In this way, the replacement of gas can be performed by means of a simple push-button operation to improve the workability and reliability.
