Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide resistance to corrosion, abrasion, heat and high toughness under high temperature and high pressure water, and to offer stable function for long periods of time by forming a bearing of WC including Ni and Co as a binder.
CONSTITUTION: An impellet 3 has multiple blades 3 planted to the hub. The impeller 3 is rotatably supported by shaft 6 via bush 4 and journal 5. The bush 4, journal 5, and thrust bearing 7 are made of WC contg. each 3'10% of Ni and Co as a binder. By use of this, when water being measured has a maximum temperature of 300°C and pressure of 88kg/cm2, oxidation or lost structure little occurs to the bush 4, jounal 5, and thrust bearing 7.
