Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide exhaust function to process header piping itself and make a vacuum by connecting different headers of product, feed and waste of the gas separating cascade and communicating the piping units by way of valves.
CONSTITUTION: The waste headers W of the feed headers F, n5 of the product heads P, n6 of the three stages n7 constituting the gas separating cascade are connected. To the three stages of the next n4, n3, n2, the west headers W of n5 and the product headers P of n4 are connected by way of a valve V3. At the time of evacuating the inside of the gas separating cascade, the valves V1, V2, V3, etc. are opened to be exhausted to the vacuum exhaust C side. In this way, the entire part of the lines connected by the valves is exhausted, hence the gas separating elements connected to this line is also evacuated.
