Abstract
PURPOSE: To raise the efficiency of gas exhaustion by the process header of a gas separation cascade as an exhaust line without providing special exhaust header inside the gas separation cascade.
CONSTITUTION: The separation stages N, N-1, ... n-1, and n of a gas separation cascade are, respectively, connected to a product header P, a feed header F, and a west header W, and respective header are connected to respective headers. In this case, the product header of the separation stage N is not connected with the adjacent separation stage N-1, and also, feed headers themselves and west headers themselves are not connected likewise. The product headers themselves not connected are connected through valves Vp, VF-1, VF-2, and VW.
