Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce vibration or shock even when the speed of a conveyor body increases by slowly changing the speed acceleration of the conveyor body with chcloid mechanism. CONSTITUTION:As the slider 23 moves, the pinion 36 on the slider 33 engates with the fixed rack 32 and rotates. The crank arm 37 which is connected with the pinion 30 in one body revolves and the engatement pin 38 on this arm 37 draws a cycloid curve and moves. This engagement pin 38 transmits the engatement block 44. This block 44 slides the engagement groove 43 and revolves the turning arm 41 clockwise centering the shaft 41. When such cycloid mechanism permits the pinion 31 to move to the intermediate position, the turning movement speed of the turning arm 41 becomes the maximum speed. When the pinion 31 moves to the advance end position, the turning movement becomes the decelerated ununiform motion. Based on this motion, the speed gradient becomes slow when the conveyor body 16 starts and stops.
