Abstract
PURPOSE: To control an electric car by a method of automatic change-over so as to control with a mean value of motor electric currents in case of no slip of an electric car wheel or whith the max. value of the detected current in case of slip occurence.
CONSTITUTION: When there exists no slip of the wheel, detected currents I1WI3 of motors M1WM3 take a dispersed value according to the dispersion of the characteristic of each motor. This detected current is put in to a detector MX for detecting the max. value through a counter K passing a detector of mean value MN, or directly. When a comparator CM and the standard value IP are proporly set up previously, the output of the max. detector MX and the standard value is compared with the comparator CM. As a result, the mean value of the motor currents is controlled so that it may be equal to the target value. When the slip occurs, the max. value of the motor current is put out from the detecting circuit of the max. value MX. This max. value is compared with the standard value by the comparator CM and controlled so that the max. value of the motor current may become a little smaller than the target value. Thus, the adhesion of the wheel slip can be forwarded again.
