Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a voice coil, which can ensure a high temperature of 250 to 300 deg.C, by winding a magnetic wire having a preset insulating layer upon a conductor and by fusing the space between itself and a coil bobbine with silicone. CONSTITUTION:A conductor 15 such as copper is formed on its surface with an insulating layer 16 of silicone or imido resin or an inorganic material such as alumina, which is covered with a fused layer 17 such as a solvent-reactivated modified silicone such as epoxy-modified silicone, thus preparing a magnetic wire 18. This wire 18 is wound on a coil bobbine 13, while being supplied with a solvent such as xylene, thereby to produce a coil 14. After the winding operation, the coil 14 is heated and set to produce a speaker voice coil which is excellent in refractory property.
