Abstract

PURPOSE:To make easy low noise constitution, by keeping the operating point of FET near the saturation drain current at all times, by performing negative feedback the second amplifying stage from the output of the third amplifying stage and by picking up the output of the second amplifying stage at the output terminal. CONSTITUTION:The output of the second amplifying stage 22 is picked up at the output terminal 2 and it is negative-fed back to the input side of the second amplifying stage 22 via the third amplifying stage 23 of low pass type. Thus, the output voltage of the second amplifying stage 22 is almost kept at 0 volt. Accordingly, the voltage dividing this output voltage with the resistors 8 and 14 is almost kept at 0 volt. Since this is negative fed back to the source electrode S of the field effect transistor 5, the gate-to-source voltage VGS is controlled at about 0 volt. As a result, since the transistor 5 is of depletion type, the drain current, that is the operating point, can almost be set to the saturation drain current. Accordingly, low noise configuration can be made easily.
