PURPOSE:To inhibit NOx, by obtaining sufficient exhaust gas reflux rates over the whole operation ranges. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust gas reflux passage 5 is arranged by two passages 5a, 5b, 1st and 2nd control valves 6, 7 are put to each passage 5a, 5b while mounting diaphragm devices 10, 11 to each valve 6, 7, and negative pressure working to a negative pressure extracting port 13, which is located at the upper stream side when a throttle valve is completely closed and is located at the lower stream side when the throttle valve reaches set opening, is introduced to a lst negative pressure chamber 10c of the lst diaphragm device 10 through a lst negative pressure passage 12 while control negative pressure from an amplifier 15 amplifying Venturi negaitive pressure by manifold negative pressure is introduced to a 2nd negative pressure chamber 11c of the 2nd diaphragm device 11 through a 2nd megative pressure passage 14. Since an above-mentioned arrangement jointly uses a control system by the amplifier 15 and a control system by negative pressure working to the nega tive pressure extracting port 13, sufficient exhaust gas reflux rates can be obtained over the whole ranges, thus fully controlling NOx.
