Abstract
PURPOSE:To establish surface acoustic surface wave element using bismuth group oxide piezoelectric material forming the electrodes not oxidized. CONSTITUTION:The reed screen type electrode 12 of the acoustic surface wave element 10 is formed on the piezoelectric substrate 11 consisting of Bi12GeO20 being bismuth system oxide having piezoelectricity. The electrode 12 takes duplicated construction, and the upper side consists of gold electrode 12a being high conductive metal and the golden electrode 12a and the piezoelectric substrate 11 are fitted closely at the lower side and it consists of Ni layer 12b not feesible with the piezoelectric substrate 11.
