Abstract

PURPOSE: To raise the temperature of material to be insulated to the intended point as quickly as possible in a device such as electronic jars in which heat transfer is delayed from the heater frame equipped with a thermister.
CONSTITUTION: AC power source voltage rectified with a diode 3 is smoothed with a capacitor 4 while converted into a constant voltage with a constant voltage diode 5 to be a power source for a temperature setting circuit B. The relation between potential Va at a connection point of a thermister 6 and a resistance 7 and conduction voltages V214 and Va17 of transistors 14 and 17 is set at a given value. When the temperature of the thermister 6 rises to a set point, the transistors 14 and 17 conduct and the current flows to a gate electrode of the thyristor S through a resistance 15. Thus, a heater H is energized. When the requirement of Va>Va17 is met, the transistors 17 and 14 are turned off and the heater deenergized. When the requirement of Va14>Va>Va17 is met, as the temperature of the thermister 6 drops, the heater H is energized again.
