Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the over-run in a temp. control circuit therin a sensor and a heater are arranged separatedly, by means of controlling the conduct of the heater via a switching circuit of a transistor.
CONSTITUTION: If a transistor Tr may be ON, a thermo-sensor is self-heated, because current is flowed to the thermosensor Rth' from an electric source EB' via a resistor 12. At this time, the temp. of the thermo-sensor is raised up, and a terminal voltage e' is lowered, and when it is below a prescribed voltage, the transistor is OFF, and the thermo-sensor Rth' becomes subjected to be flowed by the current only through a resistor 11 from the source EB', and the self-heating of the thermo-sensor Rth' is stopped, and the temp. of the thermo-sensor Rth' becomes subjected to be determined only by the heat quantity of a heater 13, and the temp. controlling is effected.
