Abstract

The atomized gas flow consisting of the gas flow generated in the direction of slolid line arrow by a blower 11 and minute liquid droplets generated in the direction of dotted line arrow by an apparatus 13 for atomizing the liquid in a liquid tank 12 flows in the direction of blanked arrow. The constitution described above improves heating efficiency.
