Abstract
PURPOSE:To form a metal image, which is formed with a photosensitive resin layer as a protecting layer after development, by using a peeling development type photosensitive material which is prepared by raminating an organic substance layer, a metal layer, a photosensitive resin layer and a transparent cover film upon a substrate. CONSTITUTION:There is formed on a substrate of thin sheet of plastics, glass or metal an organic substance layer which is made of such a substance as is in solid state at a room temperature and as has a melting or sublimation (or decomposing) temperature of about 50 to 350 deg.C, e.g., myristic, fumaric or salicylic acid. Metal such as aluminum, antimony or beryllium is evaporated to form a metal layer having a thckness of about 30 nm to 1 microns. Then, a composite of a photosensitive resin containing diazonium salt or ortho-quinone diazido is applied to form a photosensitive resin layer having a thickness of about 0.5 to 50 microns. Finally, a cover film of polyethylene terephthalate polypropyrene film having a thickness of about 5 to 100 microns is used to form a peeling development type photosensitive material.
