Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Heating element 4 is buried in insulator layer 2, which is sintered, and substrate metal 7 is fusion-sprayed and adhered to the needed surface of layer 2 after sintered; and then, reducing agent 13, arranged on metal 7 is thermally diffused into metal 7 and an electron-radiative substance is adhered onto the furface of metal 7, thereby making it possible to manufacture an excellent hot cathode easily
