Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable connecting and joining to be achieved by one heating process by forming heating section on a ceramic base plate with a metallic resistant body or a metallic chemical resistant body, by providing thus prepared heating section with an insulation coating and also by baking them at the same time.
CONSTITUTION: A high-temperature metallic resistant body 2 and a low-temperature metallic resistant body 3 consisting of pulverized nickel are formed on an alumina base plate 1 by printing method, the top surface of thus prepared resistant bodies are provided with coating of a mixture 4 of an insulating glass powder and a vehicle, and then, these are baked at 900°C in a low reducing atmosphere to form a ceramic heater. In this mechanism, it is possible to heat a printing wiring panel and a flexible wiring panel at the same time using soldering and adhesive for achieving connection and joining simultaneously.
