CONSTITUTION:The rolling mill consists of the reducing roll 5 and the backup roll 6 and executes the normal and reverse rolling for the material 7 to be rolled; the mill spring factor of the left post system of above rolling mill is taken as Ml, and that of the right post system is taken as Mr, etc.; the left and right screws 1, 2, are tightened under the kiss-roll condition using the left and right load cells 3, 4, on purpose to obtain the mill spring constant for passes of normal and reverse rolling by the roll.
