Abstract
PURPOSE: To ensure overload-preventing effect and heighten upper limit of high temperature continuous operation by dividing an evaporator into plural sections and also by providing at least one evaporator with a cooling media flow control step operatable by output signal from a cooling media overheat detecting step.
CONSTITUTION: When atmospheric temperature goes up and condensation pressure becomes in the neighborhood of a value tolerable for operating a compressor 1, a bypass circuit switching step 22 is opened so that a part of high-pressured liquid cooling medium is branched out from a main circuit A, and it passes through a pipeline 21, a switching step 22 and an expanding step 23, and it is gasified at a cooling media heat exchanger 24 by being made to exchange heat with high-temperature-and-high-pressured cooling media from a condenser 2, and it is suched into the compressor 1 after being made to pass through a pipeline 25 and joins with main circuit cooling media flow. By opening of a bypass circuit B, volume of the cooling media of an evaporator 4b equipped with a capillary tube is increased, that of an evaporator 4a is reduced, its heat-absorbing rate is also reduced, heat-discharging rate of the condensing unit 2 is reduced, and therefore, temperature of the high-temperature-and-high-pressured cooling media of the cooling media of the cooling media heat exchanger 24 is effectively lowered and, at the same time, overheat is prevented.
