Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase the cooling effect of the collector, by decreasing the size of the insulation member toward axis insulating the high frequency circuit and the collector and giving the dielectric strength with the size toward radial direction.
CONSTITUTION: To keep the dielectric strength between the wave delay circuit 1 and the collector 3, the ring insulating member 11 taking greater size toward radial direction is placed via the seal dish 10, and the thickness toward radial direction is thicker than the size toward the axial direction. Thus, the distance between the opening 2 of the collector 3 and the radiator fin 6 is decreased resulting in improving the cooling effect of the opening 2. Further, since the size toward axial direction is small, the size of the travelling tube is reduced. Moreover, the member 11 is given for the step 12 depending on the inner diameter of the seal dish 10 to make easy alignment at seal soldering.
