Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve measurement accuracy and reproducibility by detecting the rise of sample peak with the smoothed photo detector output and holding the same as a base line. CONSTITUTION:A peak catch part 3 consisting of first, second auto response circuits T1, T2, a trough bottom detecting circuit BOT and a subtraction circuit Su is provided between an absorptivity converter 5 and a signal processing part 4 and display part 6.
