Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the water-proof, moisture-proof and anti-track performances, by coating a powder paint which is contained with anti-tracking filler through fluid immersion painting on the surface and working surface of laminated parts then thermally adhering to form a film.
CONSTITUTION: The surface and the working surface of laminated parts 1 is presanded and coarsed then preheated above the melting point of the powder paint and immersed in a fluid layer where the powder paint is rolled. Here the powder paint is coated on the surface and the working surface of laminated parts 1 then the powder paint is thermally adhered by the heat from the hardening furnace to form the hardened film 2. Since said film 2 is covered by smooth resin rich layer while the inner layer contains the filler having excellent anti-tracking performance, the water-proof, moisture-proof and anti-tracking performance of the laminated parts 1 can be improved.
