Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable O3 yield to be controlled in a simple construction and maintain high O3 generation efficiency even in case of controlled yield by dividing a high voltage electrode film internally installed in a dielectric into a plurality of parts and connecting each film to a power source through each outlet.
CONSTITUTION: A high voltage electrode is installed in the form of a plurality of divided metal foil electrode films 31W33 in dielectric 24 obtd. by press forming a flat laminated mica sheet with epoxy resin, polyester resin or silicone varnish as a binder.
