Abstract

CONSTITUTION: High voltage electrode 13 is buried in the laminate of mica dielectric 11 with good voltage resistant characteristics, and dielectric 11 is covered with low voltage electrode 12 made of wire netting or linear, electrically conductive material. Dielectric 11 may be formed into a cylindrical shape. By applying high voltage between electrodes 13, 12 from high voltage power source 7 silent discharge is produced in the minute gap between electrode 12 and dielectric 11 to ozonize part of air.
