Abstract

PURPOSE:To produce a scanning radiation meter, which can accomplish fine abservation of temperature distribution over a wide range, by aliminating at least the high frequency component from the signals obtained as a result of photoelectric conversion and then by feeding the bias signals to one input terminal of a comparator circuit. CONSTITUTION:The ultrared ray from an optical scanner 1 is photoelectrically converted by a detector 2 and is fed to an amplifier 3. The output signals 5 are partially branched to remove the high frequency component by means of a low-pass filter 10. After that, the output signals 11 are fed as bias signals to one terminal of a comparator circuit 4. On the other hand, the output signals 5 of the amplifier 3 are fed directly to the positive terminal of the comparator circuit 5 with the same timing as the output signals 11. The signals 5 and 11 thus fed to the comparator circuit 4 become the output signals 12 of temperatute variation of the desired fineness, which have been subjected to signal processing, and are fed to a main amplifier 8 so that this amplifier generates display signals 19a and record signals 19b.
