Abstract

PURPOSE: To make overstepping of operations as small as possible to improve control efficiency, by adding an off-set correction signal proportional to the current deviation value to the difference among the current set value, deviation of the process input, and preceding deviation.
CONSTITUTION: Deviation between set value SP and process input PV is operated by the first differential amplifier 20, and the deviation signal is supplied to sampling hold circuit 21 and the second differential amplifier 23. The second differential amplifier 23 adds an off-set correction signal proportional to the current deviation signal to the deviation value between the current deviation signal and the preceding deviation signal, which is output from sampling hold circuit 21 and performs control so that only signals 1/n times as large as the current deviation signal may be corrected even if difference between the current deviation value and the preceding deviation value is zero. Thus, overstepping of the operation quantity is made as small as possible to improve control efficiency.
