Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy and to reduce the delay time, by outputting the sum of an output of the 1st sample-holding circuit and an output of the 2nd sample- holding circuit which makes integration sample-holding the difference between the output signal and an input signal. CONSTITUTION:The difference between an output e01 of an intefration type sample-holding circuit 10 obtained through the integration and sample-holding of an input signal ei, and the input signal ei is taken at a differential operator 4, and integration and sample-holding are made for the difference at an integration type sample-holding circuit 20, and the addition of the output e01, e02 of both the sample- holding circuits 10, 20 is made at an adder 5 to obtain an output e0. With the constitution like this, the individual integration gain is taken as 1 or below, and since the integration gain is small, the time required for set is shorter, allowing to reduce the reset time.
