CONSTITUTION: When the boiler 1 of the storage type hot water supplying device is ignited to supply hot water, the temperature sensing valve 4 is opened by hot water heated at the boiler 1 to generate the normal circulation, and hot water is stored in the hot water storing tank 2. When the storing of hot water is completed and the combustion of the boiler 1 is stopped, the boiler 1 and the circulating pipe 3 are cooled to be medium or normal temperature and the temperature sensing valve 4 is closed, so that the circulation between the boiler 1 and the hot water storing tank 2 is interrupted and heat radiation by the reverse circulation can be prevented. Furthermore, if the temperature goes down as low as there is a fear of freezing of the boiler 1 and the circulating pipe 3 in the coldest season, the temperature sensing valve 4 opens again to allow the reverse circulation. The freezing of the boiler 1 and the circulating pipe 3 can be prevented by the reverse-circulating hot water from the hot water storing tank 2.
