Abstract

PURPOSE: To achieve a stable control by controlling a cold water capability control valve with a cold water load signal and a hot (or warm) water capability control valve with a hot water load signal and also by controlling a heat source heat volume controlling mechanism with these 2 signals and a heat generator's inside pressure signal so that depression of the heat generator's inside pressure and condensation can be prevented.
CONSTITUTION: By detecting a hot water temperature with a hot water temperature thermometer TH and by controlling a hot water capability controlling valve VH with a hot water temperature controller CTH, a volume of refrigerating media liquid is varied. A volume of solution supply is varied by detecting temperature of cold water with a thermometer TC and controlling a control valve VC with a cold water temperature controller CTC. And by controlling a heat source heat volume controlling valve VG with a calculation signal of an opening signal of the cold water capability controlling vavle VC and a pressure signal of a high temperature generator GH, pressure of the high temperature generator GH is maintained at a constant value or more, and at the same time, by adding an opening signal of the hot water capability controlling valve VH, the heat source heat volume controlling valve VG is controlled. In this mechansim it is possible not only to reduce size of a water-heating unit but also to prevent depression of inside pressure of the generator and occurrence of the condensation.
