Abstract
PURPOSE:To detect an incoming convergence subscriber rapidly with high precision when the busy traffic intensity of a busy subscriber exceeds a threshold level, by regarding this busy subscriber as the incoming convergence subscriber. CONSTITUTION:Detection part DET detects an incoming call to a subscriber and sorter circuit SORT sorts and aggregates busy subscribers. Then, the aggregation contents of this circuit SORT are compared COM with the threshold level and when the busy traffic intensity of busy subscribers exceeds the threshold level, busy subscribers are indentified as incoming convergence ones. Consequently, incoming convergence subscribers can be detected rapidly with high precision.
