Abstract
PURPOSE:To establish complementary MOSFET amplifying circuit which is not subject to the effect of the dispersion in the circuit constant and has excellent frequency response. CONSTITUTION:By simultaneously manufacturing two elements with the same manufacturing process, the DC bias current ratio between MOSFET Q1 and Q3 and that for MOSFET Q2 and Q4 are in agreement with each other at a higher accuracy, and even if there is a change in the manufacturing conditions of semiconductor integrated circuits, the bias point of the output terminal OUT is set to a suitable value. Further, since no resistance and stray capacitance with decreases high frequency performance are present between the drain of amplifying MOSFET Q3 and Q4 and the output terminal OUT, greater voltage gain can be given even at higher frequencies.
