Abstract
PURPOSE:To constitute the electronic circuit of high accuracy and to make it suitable for circuit integration, by reducing the error between the input and output of the current Miller circuit and preventing the increase in the error due to dispersion in the performance and characteristics of elements. CONSTITUTION:In the current Miller circuit, the first and second transistors Tr21, 22 having the almost same characteristics are commonly connected for the emitters and the bases are commonly connected, and the third and fourth Tr23 and 24 of the same polarity of Tr21, 22 are connected commonly for the bases. In such a circuit, if the current amplification factor hFE is comparatively small for Tr21-24, (e.g., hFE=10), the error between the input current IiL and the output current Io is 2I'B (where; I'B is the base current of Tr23, 24). This means that the error is 1/hFE= 1/10 in comparison with the conventional current Miller circuits, and the error can be reduced.
